On our trip to Las Vegas, NV we came across a ton of things to do! Some were very costly and frankly not that interesting and others were inexpensive and a ton of fun! Well we stayed at the Excalibur Hotel which was amazing and not as expensive as say the Bilageo or Mandalin Bay! They had tons to do for free! They have a Octane Lounge which has free hard rockin' fun, whether a live band or cutting edge DJ, every weekend and select weeknights. Located on Excalibur's Castle Walk. Must be 21 or older of course but well worth a look. They also have a place called The Lounge which you can enjoy sultry, smooth sounds at The Lounge every night beginning at 9 p.m. Sunday through and Thursday and 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Its located on the casino floor. As well as KARAOKE NIGHTS! Which is a really cool Karaoke bar where you can release your inner superstar during Excalibur's new KARAOKE NIGHTS Wednesdays through Sundays from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at The Lounge. And all thats just inside of the hotel! And if your in to gambling and girls then of course youd want to make it to The Party Pit also located in the Excalibur Hotel! They have blackjack, roulette and three card games for your enjoyment while you enjoy girls on stage,friendly dealers, great music and free beads - all with a view that can't be beat. They are there every weekend for friendly fun at the Party Pit located on the casino floor across from Dick's Last Resort. Also if your looking for something alittle more adventurous then the stratosphere tower would be more your style! With it being the tallest free-standing observation tower in the U.S.A. The view from the top is amazing!-- you'll see all of the hotels on the Strip, the suburban sprawl which is Las Vegas and even see Mount Charleston in the distance,which is a snow-covered peak over 11,000 feet high. This place is packed with the worlds highest rollercoaster, a reverse bungee jump and a ride called Insanity which is crazy! It has a massive mechanical arm that extends 64 feet over the edge of the Tower and spins you at a force of 3 Gs for a scary mind bending experience! Theres tons of suvineers and even a great bar & resteraunt to get a good strong drink or some food after a few of these rides! If your looking to stay on the ground then the Mirage is for you! They have a huge volcano, which erupts every fifteen minutes! I think another one of the best FREE things to do while in Vegas would have to be the Bellagio Fountains! They are amazing and are themed to a song which they change every so often. We saw these more than once and would see them over and over again! Its truely amazing how they do this, this is an 9 acre man made lake with tons of lights, music and water! They have over 1200 nozzles shooting water over 460 ft in the air! Its truely a sight to see and every fifteen minutes it starts again! So if you dont get to see it then your just making excuses! Well all in all there are plenty of ways to have fun in Las Vegas without spending a ton of money! It seems to be as soon as you walk into the casinos is when you walk out broke! Well for many Las Vgeas is just another place to gamble, for others a place to experience shows and sin, and for others its a place of love. Las Vegas is also famous for getting married! A marriage license costs $55 in Nevada. So many couples choose to get married in Las Vegas, Nevada because there is no blood test or waiting period! Theres also something for those of you who seek a little history and sightseeing then they also have the Grand Canyon and the Hoover dam which are just breathtakeing to say the least! You can see the famous route 66 or take a tour on the amazing hoover dam to gaina little more knowledge! This is one of the most beautiful sites to see and i would definatley recommend NOT missing out on this! So all in all Las Vegas, NV has something for everyone!
