When we were looking to stay in Pigeon Forge, TN we thought a cabin was the way to go! I mean why not stay in a cabin in the middle of the Smokey Mountains? Why not stay in a discount cabin that has every comfort of your home... but in the middle of Pigeon Forge or Gatlienburg? We ended up staying in a cabin for 4 days and 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it... When we would walk out of the cabin we had a beautiful lake and tons of trails as well as it was cold and snowing which really added to the cabin feel that we were going for. I would definatley stay in a cabin again. The cabin we stayed in had a hot tub and inside the cabin there was 4 beds! We had a wirlwind tub in the middle of our bedroom in the cabin. The cabin had a pool table and a foosball table.. We rented probably one of the nicest cabins ive ever seen in my life! There are many deals out there on cabins and we managed to find one of the best... in my opinion! My kids and my wife loved the cabin and the amazing deal we got while booking our cabin. Dollywood was very close to our cabin as well and once in town there was tons to do. The shows were fun but most of the time we wanterd to be in our amazing discount cabin! We also went whitewater rafting and had a blast doing that as well. But i guess what im saying is if you go to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, TN plan on spending most of your time in and around the cabin. If you look around you can see that most of the cabins and chalets are really expensive and could end up costing you a pretty penny... mostly because they are soo nice its like staying in a house but the house happens to be a cabin! We found a really great site that didnt charge alot for the cabins or chalets! After looking around on the internet we realized that we had found the best deal we could find... Rooms101.com def saved us a ton of money! I think overall on the cabin and tickets to dollywood, TN we managed to save around 80%! Seriously!
